WEIGHTLESS RADIANCE
On View April 3 - June 6 2026
In WEIGHTLESS RADIANCE, six artists explore the quiet interplay between luminosity and material. Layered landscapes, tonal paintings, golden silk and delicate clay installations reflect the fragility and grace of the natural world. Rooted yet unbound by representation, the works in this exhibition offer a meditation on balance and impermanence, inviting us to pause and attune to the subtle radiance that exists within and around us.
This group exhibition features the work of JAMIE GRAY, DERRICK BREIDENTHAL, GLORIA PEREYRA, ISABELLE COPPINGER, ANA ŽANIĆ, CHRIS RICHTER

JAMIE GRAY
JAMIE GRAY transforms memories of Western landscapes - of clouds, valleys, mountains, and rivers - into blended, flattened, and deconstructed forms. Using the wall as her canvas, she composes calming shapes and meditative patterns from fused layers of beeswax and pigment, evoking recollections that hover between presence and atmosphere. Gray’s large-scale wall installations merge her love of formalism and materiality with contemplative mark-making, expressing the slowness and equilibrium she associates with the natural world.
DERRICK BREIDENTHAL
DERRICK BREIDENTHAL’s paintings pivot and bend to create a distinct visual language rooted in tone, rhythm, and restraint. Through subtle shifts in color and surface, his work establishes a quiet pulse that moves between light and shadow, solidity and atmosphere. These nuanced transitions create an invitation to linger, where luminosity emerges gradually through layered material presence.
GLORIA PEREYRA
GLORIA PEREYRA presents her Kingdom series on silk organza illuminated by gold leaf, exploring the delicate relationships that shape our place within the natural world. Referencing Henry Beston’s reflection that animals are “other Nations caught with ourselves in the net of life and time,” Pereyra considers how encounters with these parallel lives inform our own identity within shared ecological systems.
ISABELLE COPPINGER
ISABELLE COPPINGER presents a series of meticulously handcrafted ceramic installations composed of numerous individual clay elements that coalesce into cohesive forms. Balancing intricacy with unity, the works reflect the quiet tension between strength and fragility found in natural systems, inviting viewers to reconsider the resilience and impermanence embedded within organic structures.
ANA ŽANIĆ
Through the quiet tension between the richness of color and the delicacy of watercolor, ANA ŽANIĆ reveals the fragile grace of nature’s shifting realms. Moments of human presence emerge through intricate mark-making, blending with organic textures to form atmospheric compositions that move fluidly between observation and memory.
CHRIS RICHTER
Shifting shapes and subtle tonal transitions, CHRIS RICHTER‘s layered and reductive painting process reveals the simplicity of light at the edges of form. Referencing the translucence of sea glass, his compositions move between opacity and illumination, where restrained color fields evoke the calm of the shoreline and fractured slivers of brightness suggest the fleeting radiance held within material surfaces.
